Guelph Independent Living is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board member, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s mission and strategy. Responsibilities:

• Attend regular board meetings (approximately 1 per month)
• Serve on a sub-committee (e.g. finance, property etc.)
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight
• Actively engage in discussions and provide valuable insights
• Promote our organization in the community

Qualifications:

• Passion for our cause
• Experience in governance, property management, legal, HR or government
• Commitment to attend meetings and actively contribute
• Integrity and ethical conduct
