Capilano Community Services Society (CCSS) is seeking volunteer Board Members to join its Board of Directors. This role is well suited to community‑minded individuals who want to support a local non‑profit serving children, youth, families, and seniors on the North Shore. CCSS works to build safe, inclusive, and healthy communities and operates from the Lions Gate Community Recreation Centre.

Board Members provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight, working closely with the Executive Director. Responsibilities include policy and strategic decision‑making, governance and risk oversight, committee participation, and acting in the best interests of the organization and the community. Board service offers a meaningful way to contribute, build governance experience, and support long‑term organizational sustainability. Experience in finance, fundraising, or marketing and communications is considered an asset.
