As a non-profit incorporated organization, Extend-A-Family Kingston is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for fulfilling governance responsibilities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and bylaws, conducting Board business effectively and efficiently, and holding overall accountability for their performance.
The Board of Directors of Extend-A-Family Kingston consists of business professionals and community members who provide direction and governance to the organization.
