We’re looking for new Directors who care deeply about this place we call home and want to help make it more equitable and prosperous for everyone.

At the Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia, everything we do starts with a deep respect for rural communities. From climate resilience to food security to supporting women and gender-diverse leaders, our work is shaped by the people who live here and grounded in the belief that rural communities already hold the answers.

We’re especially looking for folks with experience in social finance, legal, or accounting, but most of all, we’re looking for people who care.
