Our Board’s Philosophy As a purpose-driven board, we keep children, youth, and families at the center of

our discussions and decision-making. We lead and help determine the organization's

strategic directions and ensure spending reflects those directions. We also work

with the leadership team to encourage strategic-aligned services and efforts.
