Serving on the Pride Toronto Board offers a unique opportunity to give back to the community, help shape the organization's future, and create lasting impact for 2SLGBTQI+ communities in Toronto and beyond.

We are recruiting people who support the mission, vision, and values of the organization and are passionate about serving the 2SLGBTQI+ community in Toronto and beyond. Pride Toronto supports our communities in the pursuit of our unequivocal rights to be known, be heard, be understood, be accepted, be respected, and to celebrate the beauty of who we are.

It is critical that Pride Torontoʼs Board of Directors represents the diversity of our community and we strongly encourage individuals from historically marginalized communities to apply, including 2-Spirit, Indigenous, Trans, and Black communities. We are looking for demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Legal/Governance
  • Not-for-Profit Management
