What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and governance to the organization.
• Participate in board meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Help develop and oversee policies and programs.
• Support fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts.

What we are looking for

• Required: Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Required: Commitment to the mission of KidSport Ontario.
• Optional: Experience in non-profit governance or youth sports.
• Optional: Background in fundraising or community outreach.
