Pathways Employment Help Centre (PEHC) Seeks to Unleash People's Potential through Employment, Skills Training and Advocacy. A recognized leader in social enterprise and innovative workforce development, PEHC provides employability assessments, job search strategies, and employment placement services. Our micro-credential skill development programs inspire and equip adult learners to re-enter the workforce. PEHC also operates Clean Works London, London Community Woodshop and the Advocacy Centre. Pathways consistently provides leadership in the community in envisioning new ways of delivering excellence in employment services. Each year 2500-3000 people seek pre-employment assistance and are connected to a vast network of 600 employers.

Pathways Employment Help Centre is looking for new community members to join our Board of Directors. This crucial volunteer role supports and guides the organization, ensuring that Pathways continues forward in its mission to unleash people’s potential through employment, skills training, and advocacy.
We will be holding a webinar to explain further what we look for in our board of directors, what the role entails, and how it has a direct impact on Pathways and the community.
