The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) seeks dynamic leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors.

OTEC is a leader in workforce innovation, delivering training and consulting solutions that strengthen Ontario’s workforce and help individuals gain the skills they need to succeed.

About the Role Our Board provides governance and strategic oversight, guiding OTEC’s growth and impact across the province. We’re looking for professionals with experience in business, education, government, or community leadership who are passionate about workforce development and inclusion.

Key Details

• Volunteer position (must be 18+, no declared bankruptcies)
• Up to 6-year term for Directors (8 years for Officers)
• Meets 5 times per year (February, April, June, October, December)
