What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for the organization.
• Ensure the organization's mission and goals are achieved through effective oversight.
• Participate in board meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
• Support and evaluate the executive management team.
• Engage in fundraising and advocacy efforts to support the organization's initiatives.
