We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Board of Directors, with a particular interest in candidates with finance/accounting experience.

What We're Looking For

Finance & Accounting Professionals:

• Experience with nonprofit financial oversight

• Budget planning and financial analysis skills

• Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting

• Audit committee experience preferred

All Board Members Should Have:

• Passion for our mission and values

• Strategic thinking and governance experience

• Time commitment of 2-4 hours per month

• Ability to attend monthly board meetings

• Willingness to participate in fundraising activities

Your Impact as a Board Member

Strategic Leadership: Help shape our organization's future direction and growth

Financial Stewardship: Ensure responsible management of resources and agency financial health

Community Connection: Need we say more?

Time Commitment

• Monthly board meetings (2 hours)

• 1-2 committee meetings per month (1 hour each)

• Occasional special events and fundraising activities

• 2-year term commitment
