St. Matthew’s House is seeking a committed individual to join our Board of Directors in the role of Treasurer and Chair of our Finance Committee. We are an innovative, frontline organization addressing food, housing, and financial insecurity across Hamilton through programs including senior supports, street outreach, childcare, and affordable housing.

Contribute your financial expertise to strengthen governance, support sustainability, and help guide strategic decision-making alongside a highly engaged Board.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who bring:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or business
• Community leadership and a commitment to advocacy and philanthropy
• An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach
• Experience with public policy, funding, or government systems (an asset)
