Are you passionate about supporting the 2SLGBTQIA+ community? RCP is seeking dedicated individuals to join our (volunteer) Board of Directors. As a working Board, our Directors provide leadership and ensure the organization fulfills its mission and governance obligations.

We are currently seeking to fill two specific leadership portfolios: Fundraising Lead and People & Culture Lead. These roles are vital as we transition from a startup phase to a firmly established organization and ideal for someone looking to gain leadership experience.
