Board of Director
Unpaid Volunteer Position

Fire & Flower is a local grassroots charity empowering girls and gender diverse youth aged 10-14 in BC's Lower Mainland through mentorship, community-building, and nature connection. We foster acceptance, helping participants build confidence and resilience for their transition into young adulthood. Please visit our website for more information.

In Fall 2024, we welcomed our first full-time Executive Director and have had a tremendous year of growth (now offering our programs free of charge and dramatically increasing the number of youth we serve and our community of donors). We are reinventing ourselves to support this growth and are currently seeking 2-3 new passionate and talented leadership volunteers to join our Board of Directors for a 2-year term. We are a casual and collaborative group and pride ourselves on being an accommodating and organized group. Under the leadership of our current ED and our strategic plan, our Board has a clear vision and is well supported. We encourage individuals to contribute from their passions, interests, unique skills, and connections.
