Associate Program Manager Organization: The Children’s Bridge (TCB), International Adoption Consultants Location: Ontario, fully remote, laptop, printer and cell phone provided Status: Permanent position, 36 hours/week, core hours Monday – Wednesday and working outside core hours may occasionally be necessary Start Date: Immediate

We are a non-profit adoption agency with a mission to work in the best interests of the children we serve by creating a sustainable and ethical adoption practice. Role and Responsibilities TCB is looking for an Associate Program Manager who will provide high quality program service to adoptive families to assist them in adopting a child internationally as well as providing administrative support, as required. These tasks will include:
• Assess applicants, review home studies and provide feedback to relevant stake holders
• Communicate effectively with prospective adoptive families, provincial, federal and overseas government officials
• Oversee and track all aspects of the adoption process for each adoptive applicant
• Maintain program files and provide support to families in process
• Execute and maintain program booklets and legal documents
• Coordinate and host workshops
• Monitor monthly admin fees and prepare invoices as required
• Prepare trust statements per direction from Program Managers
• Assist Program Managers and Executive Director as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
• University/college degree in related field (i.e. social services, administration) or relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter
• Proficient in word processing, databases and computer knowledge
• Able to effectively organize and prioritize work
• Eager to work as part of a close-knit team
• Ability to travel internationally every two years or as required Notes Successful applicant for this position will be required to provide a Police Criminal Record Check.
