Arena Coordinator
About the Role:
Do you want to make hockey more inclusive and give kids in underserved communities a chance to play? Join us as an Arena Coordinator and help run our free grassroots hockey programs in the GTA. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes families, organizes registration, and supports coaches and players.
What You’ll Do:
Set up the registration table and prepare materials before sessions.
Greet families, sign in players, and keep track of attendance.
Assist with change room assignments and equipment issues.
Prepare certificates for attendance or outstanding achievement.
Submit attendance and share a quick recap after each session.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and organized volunteers who enjoy working with kids.
Strong communication skills and reliability.
Basic computer skills for attendance reporting.
Time Commitment:
Weekly shifts (1–3 hours + setup/cleanup time).
Some arenas run programs on Tues-Wed and Thurs-Fri; combining shifts is encouraged!

Access special cultural and sporting experiences, including tickets to games and events, for volunteers as part of our recognition and reward programs.
