All-In for Arthritis

Position Overview

All-In for Arthritis is a signature fundraising event supporting Arthritis Society Canada, bringing together community leaders from the finance and legal sectors for an evening of friendly competition, premium drinks, gourmet bites, and meaningful impact.

Now in its 19th year, All-In for Arthritis has raised over $4.6 million to help improve the lives of the 6 million Canadians living with arthritis. We are seeking dedicated event volunteers to support the successful delivery of this high-energy evening and help create an exceptional guest experience.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment and are passionate about contributing to a mission-driven cause.


Time Commitment

This is a one-day, in-person volunteer opportunity:

Event Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026

Volunteer Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Location: Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex (Toronto, ON)

Volunteers must be available for the full duration of the assigned shift.

Application Deadline

The latest date to apply is Monday, February 16, 2026
(Deadline may be extended if needed.)

Location & Accessibility

The event venue is wheelchair accessible. Please note that volunteer roles require moving throughout the venue space during the event.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Event volunteers may assist in one or more of the following areas:

Guest registration and check-in

Welcoming and greeting attendees

Processing payments using Square software

Assisting with leaderboards and event logistics

Supporting live auction spotting and guest engagement

Specific assignments will be confirmed closer to the event date.

Meals & Hospitality

Dinner will be provided for volunteers. Dietary accommodations will be available, with details shared prior to the event.

Availability & Working Environment

This is an in-person volunteer opportunity. Volunteers must have reliable transportation to and from the venue and be available for the full assigned shift.
