Furniture Bank knows the stories of the families, donors, and corporate partners it serves. What we can't do is get to all of them.

When we priced out professional video for one campaign, the coordination quote came back at $60,000. Not the production — the coordination. That money goes to children's beds instead.

AI changes that math. One person with the right tools and the judgment to use them can produce content that would have required an agency. The question is whether you're that person.

This is an AI-forward role. Every task is designed to be done with AI from day one. This is not a production role — it is a trust-building role. We are not looking for someone to replace a $60,000 agency. We are looking for someone who understands why the agency model was wrong for us in the first place.

What you'll work on:

• Create video content, social assets, and visual communications for donors, corporate partners, and social work referral networks
• - Build replicable AI-assisted content workflows that scale beyond this contract
• - Tell the story of furniture moving through Toronto and changing lives — efficiently and honestly

What we're looking for:

• Experience with video production, graphic design, or communications — and AI tools actively in that workflow
• - Judgment about audience: what does this specific person need to hear, and what's the fastest honest way to say it?
• - Early-career candidates welcome; proof of work matters more than credentials
• - Toronto-based and available May–October 2026
