Nadal Management Centre is situated in the heart of the city's financial district.

The Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement builds long-term and highly engaged relationships with stakeholders including alumni, corporations, foundations, students, faculty, and friends that advance the school's strategic priorities through volunteerism, mentorship, philanthropy, and other engagement activities.

Reporting to the Director, Major Gifts and Campaign (Director) and providing support to the Executive Director, Advancement and Alumni Engagement (Executive Director), the Advancement Officer, Alumni Giving at the Schulich School of Business is responsible for the activities related to the cultivation, solicitation, recognition and stewardship of a portfolio of alumni prospects and donors for the Schulich School of Business at York University.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

Education:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and fundraising experience, specifically in an educational setting.
  • Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) designation an asset.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years related experience in professional fundraising, inclusive significant exposure to stewardship and planned giving. University fundraising, individual or alumni giving, and major campaign experience an asset.
