What you will do

• Assist in the planning and facilitation of daily activities for program participants.
• Engage with participants to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to participants.

What we are looking for

• Passion for working with adults in a community setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Previous volunteer or work experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
