Role overview
Pay it For-Art, a dynamic non-profit organization leveraging the transformative power of art to benefit community causes, is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant. This role is integral to managing our day-to-day administrative tasks with a significant focus on handling correspondence, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting our team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities

Email Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all general organizational emails. Sort, manage, and respond to emails timely and professionally, redirecting specific queries to appropriate team members as necessary.

Document Management: Organize, store, and maintain documents and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval of information, such as google drive folder and organisation tools such as Trello.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and coordinating events or appointments for staff, as well as social events for staff volunteers.

Support Services: Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, handling mail, and preparing reports to assist various departments.

Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and administration of organizational operations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in communications, administration, or a related field, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector.

Strong organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently to establish new procedures.

A passion for the arts and community service.
Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.

Passionate commitment to PIFA’s mission and values.

A passionate advocate for the arts with a heart for social impact. Your experience level isn't as important as your desire to make a difference and grow with us.
