Administrative Assistant Position 2025: Cause We Care Foundation

Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: 22.5 hrs/wk Part-time

Wage: 26-30$/hour

The Position:

Cause We Care is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic Administrative

Assistant to support our small team and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate finds

satisfaction in structure, consistency, and improving systems and takes pride in keeping things

running smoothly behind the scenes. Organization, professionalism, and strong communication

skills are key to success in this role.

Role and Responsibilities:


• Maintain and optimize digital filing system


• Perform data entry to CRM and maintain database with accurate information


• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner


• Support board relations, including preparation and circulation of agendas, minutes, and

reports.


• Provide logistical and research support for key initiatives, including fundraising, and

annual reporting.


• Prepare monthly and annual stewardship letters to donors


• Support with Annual Fundraising Events (Care Package Drive, Holiday Cocktail Party,

Mother’s Day Luncheon)


• Assist with monthly financial reports


• Assist with minor website updates

• Experienced using donor databases to input and maintain information

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Office Administration


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Proficient with Google Drive (Sheets & Docs)


• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent keyboarding and organizational abilities


• Positive, personable, and professional with the ability to interact with donors, board members and partners.


• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing time-sensitive projects


• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Donor Driven)


• Pro-active, creative, and self-directed
