Administrative Assistant
Our high school is seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in education administration while making a meaningful impact in our school community.
Role Highlights:
Assist in scheduling classes and maintaining school calendars
Support the CEO with daily administrative tasks and meeting coordination
Communicate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure smooth operations if needed
Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and documents as needed
Provide general office support to help keep the school running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfort with scheduling and calendar management
Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is an asset
Time Commitment:
🕙 Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (consistent weekly support until January 2026)
