ORGANIZATION

Based in Toronto, Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity, 100% volunteerled that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.

Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each round, Endeavour recruits and matches teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting.

Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. Endeavour’s partnerships with leading corporations in Canada offer pro bono and skills-based volunteering opportunities that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, talent retention and corporate responsibility goals.

Join Our Dynamic Team at Endeavour!

Are you passionate about supporting executive leadership, driving organizational excellence, and making a positive impact on society? Endeavour has an incredible opportunity for you! We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative individual to join the CEO's Office. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Administration Coordinator will gain valuable experience in executive administration, organizational coordination, and strategic operations, and will be responsible for the following:

Executive Office Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and preparation of briefing materials.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for internal and external engagements.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, minutes, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Keep minutes of internal monthly leadership meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6-7PM
  • Lead the planning and organization of in-person meetings, including arranging venues and catering (anticipate 3-4 meetings per year)
  • Support the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and organizational updates.

Strategic & Operational Coordination

  • Support the CEO’s Office in coordinating strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and crossfunctional projects.
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and action items across departments.
  • Assist with preparing materials for leadership meetings, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist on building an alumni database.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO’s Office and internal and external teams, partners and community stakeholders.

Governance & Board Support

  • Provide administrative support for Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, documentation, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with preparation of board packages and executive-level materials.

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and scheduling requirements for the CEO.

Who you’ll likely are

  • Past Endeavour volunteer experience is a valuable asset.
  • Someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Someone with strong communication skills who can work well with different teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Experienced in coordinating meetings, events, schedules, and administrative activities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • A desire to make a long-term impact with a two-year minimum commitment and contribute meaningfully to Endeavour's mission.
