1:1 Big Sisters Mentoring (Mentor volunteer)
Be that person in a kid's corner.
In Metro Vancouver, 1 in 3 children have no trusted adult to turn to. That's where you come in. As a Big Sister mentor, you'll be matched one-on-one with a girl or gender-diverse youth (ages 7-17), showing up weekly and building the kind of relationship that shapes a life in your area.

What you'll gain:
- Communication, leadership & empathy skills that carry into every part of your life.
- Confidence in navigating real conversations, even the hard ones.

- Experience working with youth, valuable whetheryou'rein education, social work, healthcare, or any people-focused field.
- A dedicated caseworker by your side from start to finish, checking in at key moments.
- A community of fellow mentors, events & workshops to keep you growing.
Commitment:
- 2 - 4 hours, once a week.
