The Winnipeg Children's Acess Agency (WCAA) is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission is to facilitate contact between children and their parents and or legal guardians where there has been evidence of interpersonal violence. This is fulfilled through supervised visitations and supervised exchanges in a protected neutral and child-focused environment.
