Westboro Village Business Improvement Area (WVBIA)

The Westboro Village Business Improvement Area (WVBIA) is a provincially mandated board of the city of Ottawa responsible for business member promotion, streetscape beautification, and maintenance of city-owned assets within the catchment area.
