About us
The University of Toronto Faculty Association (UTFA) is the official representative of faculty and librarians on employment matters which include salary, pension, benefit negotiations, and workplace grievances. UTFA’s purpose is to inform, advocate, support, and advance the interests of the faculty and academic librarians of the University of Toronto. We are a strong voice on campus, to government, and in the public sphere on matters that impact both our members and the quality of postsecondary education.
