Today, Outreach360 operates as a fully virtual organization, connecting students across Latin America with volunteers from around the world. This global model allows the organization to expand its impact while building meaningful cross-cultural connections. Outreach360’s journey is rooted in hope, perseverance, and a deep commitment to making a lasting difference.

Outreach360 was founded in 1994 by Tom Eklund with a vision to expand educational opportunities and create positive change in the lives of children and communities in the Dominican Republic. Over time, the organization grew its reach to Nicaragua, offering a range of educational programs and service opportunities in both countries. By partnering with local schools and communities, Outreach360 has improved access to education, provided essential resources, and fostered leadership and personal growth.
