Oak Ridges Hospice is a newly-built community-based hospice residence located in Port Perry, Ontario, that serves the communities of Durham Region.
For those living with a life-limiting illness, or providing care for a loved one as they near end-of-life, our hospice offers a much-needed alternative to institutional care facilities and home care. Oak Ridges Hospice is a tranquil, home-like residence where a dedicated team of specially trained medical, nursing, support staff and volunteers provide compassionate care and comfort, at no cost to the resident or their loved ones.
