Memory Lane Home Living

Memory Lane Home Living is a non-profit organization in Richmond Hill that has a mission of helping caregivers and loved ones with a dementia diagnosis to "live well". We create community activities to get caregivers and loved ones into the community to connect well with others on a similar journey.
