Literacy Central Vancouver Island

We have grown both in catchment area and programs, now offering free tutoring services in Nanaimo, Gabriola Island and Ladysmith. In partnership with Vancouver Island University and the Advanced Education Ministry of the BC Government, we provide 3 programs.
