The purpose of LALF is to advance women’s health by providing education, information, resources, awareness initiatives, and support for women affected by female-specific health conditions and health concerns, with an emphasis on providing accurate, evidence-informed, culturally relevant, and accessible resources regardless of socioeconomic status or circumstances.
