Established in 2017, Lean In Vancouver is committed to empowering women to take meaningful action in their careers and communities. We bring women together through curated workshops, speaker panels, networking events, and our monthly Lean In Letters newsletter. Lean In Circles are another core part of our community. These small peer groups meet regularly to learn and support one another. To deepen our impact, we often collaborate with other women-focused organizations in the city.
