KD-CHC is a not for profit interdisciplinary primary health care centre. Primarily funded by the Waterloo Wellington LHIN, it is dedicated to working with diverse cultural groups, homeless, newcomers & refugees, youth, seniors, etc., with a focus on the downtown area of Kitchener. http://kdchc.org
