Kensington-Bellwoods Community Legal Services (KBCLS) is a community legal clinic, funded by Legal Aid Ontario, providing legal assistance to low income persons in the area bounded by Ossington Avenue, Yonge Street, Bloor Street and south to Lake Ontario.
