Hospice Care Avon Maitland is the operating company for the new 10 bed Stratford Perth Rotary Hospice opening in 2019 in Stratford ON. We will grow new outreach programs, developing a centre of excellence on Hospice Palliative Care for healthcare providers and the families of Perth County.
