Fit Active Beautiful Foundation

Fit Active Beautiful (FAB) aims to eliminate barriers by providing youth girls in grades six through twelve with the goal-setting and leadership skills necessary to lead an empowered life. FAB achieves this through a 12-week running program for young girls in Hamilton Ontario.
