About us
EnRoute 2 Success is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating accessible opportunities for youth through sport, mentorship, education and community programming. Our mission is to help youth build confidence, develop practical skills, discover new interests and feel supported as they work toward their goals.
Through free chess and golf lessons, workshops, mentorship opportunities and community events, EnRoute 2 Success creates welcoming environments where youth can learn, challenge themselves and connect with others. Our programs encourage personal growth, leadership, discipline and resilience while helping remove barriers to meaningful opportunities.
We believe access to new experiences can help youth recognize their potential and expand what they see as possible for themselves. By combining recreation, learning and mentorship, EnRoute 2 Success aims to equip youth with skills, experiences and confidence that can support them well into the future.
