Don Area Co-operative Homes Inc.

Don Area Co-op is a non-profit housing co-operative; a member controlled organization that is set up for the purpose of providing housing to its members at cost.

Don Area Co-op consists of 75 housing units, ranging from bachelor to five bedroom flats and/or single-family homes in renovated late-Victorian houses, as well as three bedroom townhouses built in 1985.

The co-op’s homes are located east of Parliament Street on Carlton Street, Spruce Street, Sackville Street and Dermott Place.
