About us
The Connecting the Dots Inclusion and Diversity Council (CDDIC) is a community-driven nonprofit focused on strengthening African and Black immigrant communities. Through programs, partnerships, and advocacy, we create opportunities for youth, families, and community leaders to connect, grow, and lead.
CDDIC was created to meet a growing need for community-led support within African and Black immigrant communities. We saw the need for stronger connections, mentorship, and culturally grounded programs and took action. Today, we bring together community leaders, volunteers, and partners to build initiatives that respond to real needs, create opportunities, and strengthen communities from within.
