Big Sisters core mentorship programs offer a safe space for self-identifying girls, non-binary, transgender and gender-diverse youth to work with caring mentors to realize their full potential.

It takes just one stable, committed adult in a young person’s life to make a difference. By matching youth with adult volunteers in quality one-to-one and group mentoring relationships, Big Sisters ensure girls and gender-diverse youth can access the support they need to thrive.
