What you will do

• Facilitate conversational circles for ESL learners.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants.
• Develop engaging discussion topics and activities.
• Encourage participation and support learners in improving their conversational skills.
• Provide feedback and guidance to help learners progress.

What we are looking for

• Required: Fluent in English and interest in teaching ESL.
• Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Optional: Experience in facilitating group discussions.
• Optional: Certification in TESOL or equivalent.
