Join our team for Heading Towards Hope: Portrait Headshots in Support of SickKids Foundation, a fundraising event for charity.

As a Photographer Volunteer, you'll help capture professional-quality headshots for attendees while creating a positive experience throughout the event.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive approximately one hour before the event to set up equipment and participate in a brief event overview.
• Photograph attendees throughout the event using your own camera equipment or equipment you have arranged to access.
• Deliver edited headshots and original images within 48-72 hours after the event through Google Drive, USB, SD card transfer, or another mutually agreed-upon method.
• RAW files are perfectly acceptable. If your schedule permits, provide edited image files to be shared with credit.

What You'll Receive:

• Two complimentary edited headshots
• Signed volunteer hours (approximately 3–5 hours)
• Portfolio content from a live event
• Credit whenever your photographs are shared on social media
• Group photo with the volunteer team
