MSRK Lifecare Foundation is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing health challenges. We provide direct aid through groceries, meals, and care packages, helping people maintain dignity and hope during difficult times.
Founded in memory of a father’s love and compassion, MSRK Lifecare Foundation stands for care, community, and connection. We’re growing quickly and looking for a creative and purpose-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our communications, social media, and outreach efforts. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand story, engaging donors and volunteers, and amplifying the impact of our programs across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, and community channels).
Design and schedule engaging posts that reflect our mission and activities.
Build brand awareness through campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling.
Support fundraising and donor engagement initiatives through creative marketing.
Coordinate with volunteers and program teams to highlight ongoing community projects.
Track performance metrics and report on campaign impact.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, communications, or social media management (nonprofit experience a plus).
Strong writing and design skills — ability to tell stories that move people.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for community service.
Able to dedicate approximately 5–10 hours per week.
