McCreary Centre Society (McCreary) is seeking a skilled, community orientated individual with strong youth engagement skills to support McCreary’s youth groups and youth engaged research projects.The successful candidate will initially focus on supporting the Youth Research Academy, sharing McCreary data with youth through interactive workshops, and supporting youth to host conversations with their peers about their health information needs.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience meaningfully engaging diverse youth in a trauma informed and culturally responsive manner.Salary: $54,167 p.a. for 37.5 hours per week. BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner (BCOHRC) exists to address the root causes of 
inequality, discrimination, and injustice in B.C. by shifting laws, policies, practices and cultures. 
We do this work through education, research, advocacy, inquiry, and monitoring. 
 
Reporting to the Executive Director, Research and Policy, the Manager, Research is responsible 
for developing and leading strategic research initiatives and projects, supporting research 
needs across the Office, supervising a team of researchers, and building positive working 
relationships with external experts and key stakeholder groups with the aim of producing high 
standard research to address the root causes of inequality, discrimination, and injustice in B.C.
