This plan will guide the organization in setting clear priorities, measuring impact, and responding effectively to community needs. The process should be inclusive, data-informed, and actionable.<h2>Budget</h2>The total budget for this project is up to $25,000 CAD, inclusive of all consultant fees, materials, travel (if applicable), and administrative costs.
