Working with a team of other professionals, the BPSW will enhance the quality of life for clients with responsive behaviours in community settings by developing and implementing person centered strategies to mitigate responsive behaviours. This position will also assist in the assessment and development of a Behavioural Support Plan.&nbsp; &nbsp;In addition, the BPSW will assist and provide training for clients, families and other on-going care partners. What You Will Do:<ul><li>Act as the Primary PSW for assigned person(s) served. Follow the weekly schedule of required visits;</li><li>Perform and record complete and accurate observation of the person served and their responsive behaviour during initial 2-week period after being enrolled in the program.
