PARC Overview&nbsp;Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre (PARC) has been supporting people experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, homelessness and poverty in Parkdale for over 45 years. PARC supports people through a daily drop-in centre, including twice daily community meals, case management, social and recreation programming, financial trusteeship, and advocacy.&nbsp; PARC also operates 109 units of supportive housing with a Housing First approach that is trauma-informed and focused on stabilization.&nbsp;&nbsp;PARC is preparing for the opening of 11 Brock Avenue, a new 42-unit supportive housing development in Fall 2026. This is a significant expansion of PARC’s housing portfolio and presents an opportunity to strengthen housing stability, community integration, and partnerships across PARC’s existing and future housing sites.&nbsp;&nbsp;Project Summary and Overview&nbsp;PARC is seeking a Supportive Housing Innovation Lead to guide the research, development, and evaluation of a tenant-centered supportive housing model in advance of the opening of 11 Brock Avenue. This role will ensure that PARC’s housing model reflects best practices in supportive housing while remaining responsive to the lived experience, needs, and strengths of PARC tenants. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping PARC’s growing housing portfolio and supporting successful tenant onboarding, stabilization, and community connection.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;1. Explore how communal spaces can be used for inclusive programming that serves tenants across the entire PARC portfolio.&nbsp;3. Implementation &amp; Evaluation (September – January 2027)&nbsp;Facilitate Implementation: Support partner organizations and internal teams in implementing the housing model and new tenant onboarding processes. Provide training and resources for staff.&nbsp;Coordinate Tenant Onboarding: Assist with the move-in process for new tenants, ensuring they receive necessary materials and information regarding their tenancy.&nbsp;Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Administer the intake survey and create a follow-up survey to be distributed six months into tenancy. Elle facilite et soutient une communication positive et des liens solides au sein du Collectif et au-delà. Elle collabore étroitement avec l’équipe, le conseil d’administration, les groupes communautaires et les bailleur·euse·s de fonds afin de défendre les besoins de l’organisation et de promouvoir les perspectives uniques d’Amethyst en matière de santé mentale et de services en dépendances.Amethyst est un Collectif féministe modifié et ne comporte pas structure de gestion hiérarchique. Le conseil d'administration est l'employeur et participe en collaboration avec le personnel pour assurer les fonctions de gestion. Le rôle de la personne coordonnatrice des opérations remplit plusieurs des fonctions assurées par une direction générale et une adjointe exécutive dans un environnement non collectif. Il est nécessaire d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanées et de travailler dans un environnement où les priorités sont concurrentes. La personne retenue doit être très motivée pour travailler de façon autonome et jouer un rôle clé au sein de notre petite équipe dynamique et engagée.CE QUE VOUS FEREZ1. Participer à un collectif fort et prospère et faire progresser nos valeurs fondamentales (pour tous les employés d'Amethyst) :<ul><li>S'appuyer sur une compréhension des approches de la toxicomanie et de la santé mentale fondées sur les traumatismes afin de servir notre communauté unique.</li><li>Renforcer le Collectif en cherchant des approches créatives aux problèmes et aux conflits qui se présentent, en respectant les diverses perspectives et expériences vécues.</li><li>Appliquer une approche consensuelle à la prise de décision, en ayant recours à l'écoute active, au compromis et à une optique féministe et anti-oppressive en tout temps.</li><li>Partager la responsabilité de l'objectif d'Amethyst d'incarner pleinement ses valeurs d'antiracisme, d'anti-oppression, de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion au niveau organisationnel.</li></ul>2.Assurant la coordination générale de l’équipe, du conseil d’administration et des opérations :<ul><li>Effectuer la recherche stratégique d'opportunités de financement nouvelles et existantes.</li><li>Gérer le bureau et coordonner les fonctions de ressources humaines (le personnel travaille à distance depuis la pandémie de COVID-19 et la date de retour en personne au bureau place n'est pas connue à l'heure actuelle).</li><li>Coordonner et superviser l’entretien du bâtiment hébergeant les bureaux.</li><li>Maintenir la voix et la présence du Centre Amethyst d’Ottawa au sein de l’Équipe Santé Ottawa (ESO).</li><li>Coordonner et offrir le soutien administratif au conseil d’administration.</li></ul>3. Assurer une supervision stratégique :<ul><li>Travailler en collaboration avec le personnel et le conseil d'administration pour la planification et du succès à long terme.</li><li>Être le principal point de contact pour les parties prenantes externes, notamment les bailleurs de fonds et les organisations partenaires.</li><li>Participer en tant que membre permanent du comité de gestion interne, du comité des finances, du comité de planification stratégique et d'autres comités, le cas échéant.</li><li>Établir de solides relations avec les collègues, les membres du conseil d'administration et les partenaires externes.</li></ul>CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS CHEZ VOUSAmethyst est à la recherche d’une personne capable de contribuer à la diversité de son équipe ainsi qu’à ses pratiques inclusives et anti-oppressives.
