Additionally, the DOE is the leader responsible for all education operations at STW™ by focusing on the Core Values of the organization, and ensures ethical conduct, sound business practices, and team development. &nbsp;<h3>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul>	<li>	Oversee department of an average of 5-15 volunteers and interns.	</li>	<li>	Plan and conduct monthly Education Group meetings, including sending agenda, taking meeting minutes, and follow up	</li>	<li>	Communicate monthly (at minimum) to Vice President(s).	</li>	<li>	Communicate to the President and other Directors, as needed.	</li>	<li>	Provide a Monthly Report to the Vice President(s).	</li>	<li>	Provide Quarterly Objectives for your Group a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the start of each quarter.	</li>	<li>	Attend Quarterly Operations Meetings.	</li>	<li>	Communicate with HR on open positions, hiring and resignation processes, and other procedures as requested.	</li>	<li>	Interview volunteer candidates and provide training for new volunteers.	</li>	<li>	Provide ongoing coaching and assistance for active volunteers	</li>	<li>	Manage Project Leaders and Volunteers	</li>	<li>	Manage and keep operational documents current, including the SOP manual.	</li>	<li>	Assist in developing procedures &amp; documents for the organization.	</li>	<li>	Complete the PWR audit for the Associate Directors each month.	</li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ul>	<li>	BA/BS Degree in Education, Psychology	</li>	<li>	Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.&nbsp;	</li>	<li>	Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.&nbsp;	</li>	<li>	Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.	</li>	<li>	Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills	</li>	<li>	Strong analytical ability; strong Excel and Access knowledge	</li>	<li>	Strong data extraction/manipulation/summarization skills	</li>	<li>	Strong problem solving and communication skills	</li>	<li>	Energetic team player with strong initiative, work ethic and ability to work independently	</li>	<li>	Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail	</li>	<li>	PhD or Master's degree completed	</li>	<li>	At least 5 years or more full time paid corporate/ non - profit work experience	</li>	<li>	Miami resident preferred	</li></ul>
